Since launching Motorcycle Diaries and the $MOTO project, I've been receiving an incredible number of messages.
Telegram.
X (Twitter).
Instagram.
Email.
Everywhere.
Most of these messages have the same purpose:
"I can promote your project."
"I can bring engagement."
"I can help you pump your token."
If I wanted to, I could simply block all of them. Or laugh at them. Or respond with sarcasm.
But I try not to.
Because I respect the idea that people are trying to earn money by doing their job. Some of them may actually believe they are offering something valuable.
And sometimes… a few of them genuinely try to help.
But the truth is this: Many of these messages are absurd. Relentless. Repetitive. And honestly… exhausting.
The Fake Influence Economy
Sometimes I check the profiles of the people contacting me.
What I often see is shocking.
Accounts filled with fake followers.
Artificial engagement.
Bot-generated activity.
Profiles that look impressive on the surface, but have absolutely no real value.
And yet…
These same accounts ask for $100, $300, sometimes even more.
For what?
For posting a few meaningless sentences on X.
Or a low-effort TikTok.
Or a random Telegram mention.
There is no logic behind it.
No strategy.
No real marketing value.
Just noise.
Here's a Simple Idea
If you truly like what I'm trying to build…
Just follow the project.
If you believe in it, try buying the token when it launches.
That alone would be more valuable than any "promotion package."
Because real support doesn't come from paid hype.
It comes from people who actually care.
I Miss the Old Crypto Community
I genuinely miss the early days of crypto.
Back when communities were built by belief, curiosity, and experimentation.
Today, too many people are trying to turn crypto into a low-effort marketing circus.
And unfortunately, these behaviors damage the ecosystem.
The Funny Part
Some promoters contact me asking for money to create content.
But today we live in a world where AI exists.
Why would I pay someone $20 or $200 to generate a simple visual when AI tools can do it instantly?
Why would I rely on random accounts with fake audiences to "pump" something?
I don't need that.
And Sometimes It Gets Even More Ridiculous
Sometimes I politely reply:
"No thank you. I'm not interested."
I still respond because I respect people's effort.
But occasionally the reply I get is something like this:
Yes.
That actually happens.
More often than you would think.
I could publish screenshots of those conversations.
But I won't. Because despite everything, I still believe in respect.
Please Don't Follow These Accounts
Many of these profiles are not helping projects.
They are simply taking advantage of people who are trying to build something.
If you care about crypto communities, please stop supporting this kind of behavior.
The Truth About $MOTO
I may fail.
In fact, there's a very real chance that I will.
My budget is extremely limited.
Instead of paying promoters or influencers, I spend my time working on $MOTO.
Hours and hours.
Learning.
Building.
Experimenting.
I'm not paying anyone to hype this project. I'm simply trying to create something honest.
A Final Message
If you are one of the people sending these endless promotion offers…
Please take a moment and think.
Try building something real.
Try creating value instead of chasing easy money.
Respect yourself enough to stop participating in systems that exploit others.
And What Will I Do?
I will continue doing things my way.
I will not waste money on artificial pumps.
And maybe because of that…
Maybe I will never succeed.
But at least I will know that whatever happens with $MOTO was built honestly.
And for me, that matters more than anything.
$MOTO
Built honestly. Or not at all.
